Burn Permit Park County Ordinance
If you are a Park County Resident and have signed up for Code Red, you would have been alerted to a new ordinance regarding the Burn Permits on the evening of June 19. In short, residents are required to have a BURN PERMIT for ALL OUTDOOR BURNING and any permits obtained prior to June 3, 2019 are no longer valid. You must go to your local Fire District and obtain a new one outlining the new stipulations. There will be a $10.00 fee. I am posting the ordinance (8 pages) below and will be posting it on our Facebook Page today as well. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
